Dear 114chris22,I am sorry you felt our customer service was not satisfactory but I hope to address some of your points and if you would give us a call back perhaps we can help to get your experience booked before the expiry date on your voucher. We care about all of our customers and wish for everyone to have the most awesome experience!The Groupon voucher has a 3 month expiry period and there has been significant availability during this period. Our weekends can get booked up well in advance. Unfortunately as you have chosen to leave your booking untill now, leaving only one weekend available in the last 10 days before your voucher expires, it is unfair to claim that we, in some way, plan for this eventualilty. The voucher on offer was an 'anytime' voucher, meaning that there were no restrictions or limited sessions available for its use. It could be used Off Peak and Peak to suit at anytime in the last 3 months. Our weekday sessions are also very popular but granted, they do not book up as quickly.The final weekend is fully booked, you are correct , as weekends are our most popular time. However there is plenty of availability between now and the date of expiry in order for you to use the experience.If you are not flexible in your own availability then you could perhaps gift the voucher to someone else. We do not restrict the use of a voucher to the person named. If somebody else is available in the week then they just need to be in posession of the voucher and bring it along with them on the day of the booking.Regards, Jess

If you don't have anything better to do, I would say go as a last option. I was looking very forward to doing the activity (I was doing the indoor sky diving). It was good start, staff was friendly & kind. We had a briefing before doing the activity which was good too & the guy doing it was lovely. Then when it came to the actual activity I spent more time waiting for my go than going acc doing it. For the money I paid I would expect having more time being in the fan, rather than just 5-10 mins.Was disappointed with the sort time I had in the fan. However it was a nice experience & friendly staff but for the money not really worth it.
