My husband and I had the couples message and lavender soak. Jenn and Carla were fantastic. The facility is clean, gorgeous and very cozy! I want to spend a day!!
The architecture of the building took me back in time and made me feel pampered, very pampered as I strolled the grounds. They weren't busy at the time, the lunch was delicious, the experience divine. Let me say I am a senior citizen and this visit was a gift from my kids for my first facial and pedicure.
I was expecting an amazing Spa experience instead I just wanted to leave. This place could not be more beautiful, just breath taking!! The people who did my services were very nice and the services were not bad but everything else was.First getting a massage while there is cocktail reception going on right next to you is not fun or relaxing, all I could hear was the music and noise. The steam room is in a different building not a big deal except when there is a wedding and you are walking around in your robe with random people coming in and out where the steam rooms are.The shower doors are complete glass, not comfortable at all (for me at least)! Shower stopped in mid-shampoo then when it did come back on there was no hot water :( I have read the other reviews and I am guessing it would be best to go when there is not a wedding/party going on at the same time.
This is service at its best, we did a couples hot stone massage then had dinner afterwards. Spa is amazing we were greeted at the front desk, given keys to our lockers. Upon opening our locker we found robes and slippers our sizes (They has asked this when we booked 2 days prior) We then changes into our robes and while we were waiting were given a glass of wine each. The place is spotless and the massage was simple tranquil and amazing the hot stones worked magic on our aching bodies. The 50 minute massage was just what we needed. The shower area has everything, from hair spray, shampoo, conditioner, and some kind of body wash I wish they sold so we could buy to take home. Plenty of everything to our comfort, even hair spraysThis was a treat to my husband, gratuity is added onto you bill we tipped extra because we were very pleased. You get what your pay for and for the price we got more. We are not members of the country club, the spa is open to the public. We dined at the 19th Hole, the restaurant onsite.
I was able to split a massage/facial purchase with my daughter, which was a very relaxing hour for each of us. The facial was great because it included a massage of my neck and shoulders along with the facial. I was about to doze off at the end. The view out the window when I finally did lift my head was spectacular. I only wished we'd had time to enjoy a lunch afterward.
One of the most beautiful surroundings I have played, As for the course, I am not sure what Nick Faldo was thinking of. One of the most punishing courses ever played. Too many blind shots and fairways far too angled for my liking. No wonder few want to play it!
We had the couple massage with the lavender soak in the copper tubs. Great lunch before at the 19th Hole. I felt like I was in an Italian villa. The most relaxing day. Make sure you checkout Bella Collina. I promise you will love it.
Me and my sister just walked in out of the blue on mothers day and saw how beautiful the bella colina spa was! not only was the buffet excellent but all the employees were so professional. The lady at the front desk showed us around the spa . we booked a service before we left. We cant wait till we actually get to experience it for ourselves!
What a beautiful place! I cannot say enough about the staff as they were very professional. I arrived for a swedish massage obviously on one of the more busier days. Michele at the desk greeted us with a smile and very welcoming. We were escored like royalty and treated as such the whole time. We left receiving the same smile as when we arrived. Steven is also awesome! We will definately be back!
Well this really is an outstanding place - someone has spent hideous amounts of money creating an Italian country estate in the heart of Florida ... just 40 minutes from Orlando. The view is good on one side at least, overlooking rolling hills, tree and a lake,,, the design and architecture is worthy of an award ,..it's going to be a film set sometime soon! - the 3 mile drive way is entirely cobbles and the buildings are built with traditional and authentic Italian bricks and tiles etc - it really is something to be seen ... rumor has it that the plots around the golf course sold originally for $800K - it was going to be huge ...but then the recession hit and consequently, although most plots were sold, there are very few houses built, A new owner has recently bought the complex at a 'give-away' price and has already done a fantastic job on the huge 'infinity' pool however. clearly there is a budget as sadly I have to be honest in saying that that the new Ball room is a bit of a disappointment and out of keeping with the rest of the complex but understandable if the money has run out - the negative aspect to this place is the bar/food - not really up to scratch - sorry guys - the restaurant is closed due to lack of interest but the bar is fine to eat in, it's just that the food served was singularly unimpressive - tough burgers, sloppy pasta and waiting staff who for most of the time were nowhere to be seen - it was like eating in the Marie Celeste at times - my advice then is ... Absolutely do visit this place - it's unbelievable how well they have created Italy in Florida - forget Disneyland, this has been done properly with no expense spared! right now, maybe give the food a miss - I'm sure they'll improve things over time but you may be disappointed - just have a walk around and enjoy a drink - it's an incredible achievement and well worth a visit if in Florida.
