  I made an appointment with Amanda to have an Organic Facial at this day spa in Dartmouth MA. I have never had a more complete, relaxing facial EVER. The atmosphere was relaxing, the music soothing and the staff friendly.I plan on going back soon for another one.I'm not that easy to impress, but the service and treatment was excellent!Thank you!

  If you are visiting the area and want to be pampered, you might want to consider MedAesthetic Day Spa. Pretty much everything is offered and wonderful, organic products are used. I recently had a great facial and a friend goes there for hair/color and loves it. It's easy to find and very relaxing.

  Can't say much more than that they do a great job and treat you so well! We have been going here for 7 years for regular service as well as for special occasions (proms etc) and always had great experiences and treatment!

  I had a "spa pedicure". billed as a $50 service. The NEXT day, much to my dismay, three nails had the polish completely chipped off. BTW, I wore flip flops for hours after. I returned to report the problem. they offered to "fix" the problem. I initially agreed, then I said I expected a complimentary service for my dissatisfaction. They flatly refused!! I was shocked with such a horrible level of customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. "It is not their policy" to offer complimentary service despite my dissatisfaction. REALLY!!!!
