I needed to get a haircut before a vacation and called for an appointment. They were all booked over the weekend, so I made a 2pm appointment during a day when I had to get back to work. I was schedule with a woman named Liz. I arrived slightly early and watched as they decided I'd be with another woman because someone requested Liz. Liz was ready for those people at my alotted time and the woman I was switched to was not ready for another 40 minutes. Meanwhile, there were other women standing around chatting that had nothing to do.Besides wasting my time... it was a cute place, the hair cut was decent, and once I had my turn, the lady I had was friendly.
