It was a great place to go with the family. We all had a fun time here.
IMHO, this is the most fun course of those in the area. The Wizard of Oz theme is well laid out and the "greens" are kept in good condition. It's in a ravine, but there are plenty of shade trees and huge fans to keep golfers comfortable. There are different rides for the Little Ones and a great margarita bar for the Bigger Ones! I love the gift shop too, with lots of windsocks and flags. This Park is a great place to spend a few hours.
This was a lot of fun. I went to the mini golf and I also did the roller coaster and enjoyed both very much. Well priced, and fun!
This little mini golf course with soooo much more is great family entertainment! Our son loved his time there and will be spending more time there this summer for sure!
For the money I would go to Pirates Cove in Arnolds Park. To me it seemed like it needed some upgrades. The staff inside (older man) did not seem very friendly. I would not return.
I actually think this place is now called RANCH OKOBOJI.Place was great for people of all ages. Mini course was well upkept along with great shade trees for a hot day. They also have a bar with the best Margarita i've ever had which you CAN bring on the mini golf course. Many activities for the kids including mining where they got to keep there rocks, gemstones, and fossils. Kids also love the pedal tractors. And they even had great shopping there for my wife last year. Mini golf was very cheap and affordable. And they surprisingly have very good food here. There homemade pizza's are better incredible.
This is no 6 flags or valley fair but it is not priced that way either. We went at an off peak time and they just basically let the kids ride non stop on the roller coaster. It's a wonderful historic park that is really charming. The rides are simple and won't make most people puke. I liked the train the best...:-) Just a great place to spend the day especially with younger teens and pre teens.
My family has been making stops here for years. The mini-golf course is really fun and the course is doable for nearly everyone even if you're bring a stroller along for a little one. It's shaded and comfortable. The margarita bar is a can't miss for adults. So many flavors! There's also plenty for young children to do in the arcade. Concessions are reasonably priced. And there are some nice crafts and souvenirs to purchase if you'd like. Overall, if you're looking for a fun afternoon/evening activity that the whole family can do together, this is it. The only tip I have is bring bug spray. It's not far off the lake and there is a stream running through it, so the mosquitoes can be quite thick.
We enjoyed playing mini-golf here and the Wizard of OZ theme it had. It was pretty late in the evening when we were there so we didn't take the time to do any of the other activities offered.
If you are looking for backyard style family fun then you will like this place. Mini golf, sand volleyball, bocce ball, trikes for the younger ones. Nothing fancy, but we had fun and enjoyed our visit. We spent several hours here with our 3 daughters (ages 10 & 6).
