This is one of the cleanest well kept courses I have been on. Greens and Fairways are immaculate! Was a bit of a drive for me, 20-30 minutes, but well worth it!
Bring your water balls. But that OK it worth it. Beautiful and well maintained. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the game. Thank you to the residence who give us such beautiful landscaping to look at. Do go and enjoy. Just say off my tee time. LOL
fun course for beginners the course is taken care of
Great little restaurant. Good food. Sitting by the pool is lovely. Combine it with a day of golf and you have a winner. Restaurant open to non-golfers as well.
We actually lived at Crane Lakes. We only golfed the course a few times because we travel so much. The course has been redone (took 6+) months. Looks awesome!! Going to be a great experience at a great price!!
Have been going there on an off since 2004 since nearby restaurant. Was pretty good when first opened. Then down hill ever since. Changed hands and still very inconsistent food. Owner is not customer friendly at all and sometimes downright rude. Wish they would get someone in there that knows how to give good food for a reasonable price and be consistent in portion size and preparation. Could be a gold mine under the right management.
No need to even take a driver. Lots and lots of water. Fun to play and all you need is a 7, 9, wedge and putter. Plays like an adults only putt putt course.
I have played many courses in my lifetime but this course is the nicest by far of any I have played. People come here and think it is too short, but that's because they are playing from the white or the green tees. They should be hitting from the blue or the gold tips then we will see if it is a short course. The club pros have a tournament here once or twice a year and that is where they play from. On hole 14, the number one stroke hole, par 4, to an island green even the pros donate many balls to the water Gods. Come and try it then tell me it's an easy course.
well maintained, serene environment, The guards were all friendly and helpful! not much to dislike, but maybe a signal light to exit there was a lot of traffic and you could wait a little bit to exit
People presume because this is a par 66 course, it is easy...au contraire..fairways are tight, lots of water to cross ( it's called Crane LAKES for a reason), bunkers with steep faces and fast greens. Come with lots of balls if you're a first timer to this course...you may need them.
