The staff at Circuit was rude! Not bilingual (the people I tried to speak to) One man was yelling at me, I have no idea what he was saying or what I did?? His arms were flying he was yelling. I have no use for people like that. I understand some french but, not when it is yelled at me and the man was speaking so fast. I asked him in french if he could speak English and to stop yelling. He then started yelling NO No No. He had issues. there were 2 others the next day, who spoke to me, I asked them to repeat what they said- they walked away. RUDE!
For his birthday I got my husband a Lamborghini. Well, a few minutes in one. The G-1 Tours in Mont Tremblant offers the opportunity to drive a Ferrari or Lamorghini around the race track for two or four turns. My husband loved it. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable and they spoke English with ease. It was well organized. My husband found it thrilling. It was hard for me to get good pictures because you can't get really close to the cars and drivers when you're a spectator but they do have some pictures to sell you after the experience. My husband said it was a great experience. Just loved it.
While watching my husband drive le circuit, I enjoyed the scenery. There is lake access closest to the road and you can kayak out from there. The washrooms are impeccably clean and the tower is comfortable and has shade and table/chairs to use. Emergency teams on site were quick to respond to incidents and the organizers were professional but very friendly and personable. According to my husband, the track itself is pretty incredible also ;)
Best track in North America, has been appropriately called "a mini-Nurburgring" with major elevation and camber changes.
Nice track and the race is great to see from ther. Went there in the summer and it was nice and cool
Lovely track. Could use less marbles on the track. They are all over the places no on the line. paddock area is very nice have lots of spaces
My uncle raced back in the '70's so I was always running around the paddocks, and 50cc minibiking, got meet Jackie Stewart, Dennis Hulme, Andretti, Icxs, F-1 was thundering fun. Glad it's back!
This race track hosts pro events and High Performance Driver Education events put on by car clubs such as the Porsche Club of America. As the DE Track Chair for the Northeast Region PCA I and my track committee have been putting on DE events at this track for several years. The track is an outstanding driving venue and anyone who has the opportunity to drive it should do so. You will not regret the experience! To get the full experience I recommend yearly, multi-day visits.
I've been to quite a few tracks with various car clubs driving my own car, and Mont Tremblant is one of my favorites. Fast and challenging technical sections as well. Always a good time and lots to do in the village if you bring your family along.
Showed up an hour before my appointed hour and did the very brief "classroom" session. Hardly anything was said that your on-board instructor could not tell you in a two minute briefing before you drive . Better still, the briefing should be on the circuit in one free instruction lap. Then you would be ready to do the ride properly. and with some degree of confidence. So after the "classroom" we were sent outside to join an existing cue --- well three cues in fact -- each about twenty deep with folks waiting their turn to drive. After a half hour in line I could see that progress through the lineup was going to be long --- too long--- in fact over another hour past my appointment time. Not sure if they overbooked, they were short on cars, or this was normal. In any case I weighed the value of a few minutes of thrill against the discomfort of an hour more wait time in a cold wind, turned and walked away. In other words I forfeited my ride. Call me impatient if you want, but the whole thing seemed disorganized and amateur. If they cannot do it better than that I would say save your money.
