A beautiful clock in a flowerbed. Location not easily to find but after asking a few people we found it. It is beautifully maintained and we were there when the clock struck 12 pm.
Nothing very special. It breaks down often. You can take a few snaps. If you are driving, make sure to park up on the hill. The parking place near the beach will charge you a high price. Try not to go at night, you might be mugged.
It's within walking distance from the centre of Viña del Mar and you also get to see the Wulff Castle along the short walk.
Nice and well maintained this is the symbol of Vina. Take a couple of photos but don't plan to spend much time here. Vina has other nice attractions.
It is a pretty site and a quick stop everyone visiting Vina should see. It is a beautiful flower clock and a central area for transportation in and around the area.
This is a lovely spot and the clock really does run. We were there early, so only a few persons trying to take photos. Definitely stop if in the area, but I don't think it's worth driving out of your way to see it.
The Flower Clock is interesting but it attracts so many tourists that it is hard to both see and use as a photo background. If someone can double park and let you have a quick look it is ok but otherwise I would skip it.Look up the Floral Clock at the Kentucky State Capitol for one of grand proportions...... There is also a floral clock in Petropolis outside of Rio in Brazil. If this review is helpful then please indicate so below.
Sometimes you do wonder how things get on the tourist route -but bus loads were stopping,so we stopped. Nice design of flowers & the clock does work. A couple of snaps are you are gone.
It is a must see if you travel to Vina. I saw it several times as my hotel was just a block away. I am kinda mad at myself that of the 5 or so times i walked or drove by I didn't take a picture.....oh well maybe next time
That's pretty much all you need to know about it. I'm sure it is special for a whole variety of reasons that are completely lost on me. Fortunately it is very easy to find and drive or walk by. But if it does happen to be far out of the way, I wouldn't bother.
