If you don't KNOW the guy running this place, aren't one of his buddies, then you aren't really made to feel very welcome. The music is ALWAYS too loud - you can't hear yourself think, let alone have a conversation. The atmosphere is not relaxing, it's dark - so unless you're using an electronic screen you can't see, the bathroom door doesn't lock, there are never paper towels in the restrooms. They advertise snacks and drinks, but rarely have what they list. If you aren't at least 18 (not sure how stringent they are at checking IDs), you aren't supposed to be in here...but if you want to play video games or pay $1 to hang out there all night using their wifi, then feel free. While this may support the under-21 crowd in Indiana, if they wanted to get customers that would actually spend money (read, a different "class" of people in there, they need to get rid of the "pay $1 and hang out all night policy", turn the music down, and clean up the place. I used to go there when I was in school a few years ago - I was not happy with the changes, and I have tried it more than once since returning to the area, made some suggestions, and it just doesn't get better. The people who run this place - managers and workers treat it like it's their own personal hang-out, not like a business to attract new customers from all walks of life.
