Like our review of Baby Beach this is a pretty beach with white sand, blue waters and off the beaten path however the day we visited was windy, dark clouds & choppy plus if you look to the north your view is of a refinery...the beauty of the water opposite the ugly refinery beast. It was not crowded but like us the few people there were leaving as soon as they arrived as it was by no means conducive to a relaxing day at the beach. We might try it again on a nicer day & obstruct our views.
Snorkeling was great especially if you swim out a ways. Saw sting rays, turtles, octopus, cuddle fish, barracuda, nurse shark, and many other types of fish. Beach is only crowded on Sundays by locals. It is a beautiful quiet beach. Lots of conch shells to be found while snorkeling.
One of the "nude" beaches in Aruba - very quiet and almost no one on it. Great place to relax in privacy.
I have visited this beach twice and while it is shallow, it does have a lot of sea grass. This can be a turnoff for some so be advised. However, it is a lot less crowded than baby beach but has no facilities. There are palapas for shade though which is nice.
We hung out here for a while and enjoyed it. It wasn't crowded at all.We were able to have our own little hut to get in and out of the sun as we wished. The refinery is in view but only distracts if you let it.*There are no facilities here but hopefully there will be one day.
We just stopped for a few minutes for pictures, it had a beautiful walkway down to the beach that made for a really pretty picture.
Beautiful beach and turquoise water. Location is somewhat out of the way and isolated, with few amenities. Not crowded like the adjacent Baby Beach, so if you can bring your own conveniences, you can have a great time.
Went to Baby Beach first, found it to be quite crowded on a Monday, tried Rodgers beach (right next to it), basically empty. The sand at Baby Beach in the water is a little softer, and has a rock wall protecting you, but Rodgers beach is nice and my family and I played a game of baseball on the sand. My 5 year old hit a homer in the water, and I enjoyed my swim to retrieve the ball. A nice beach overall (nice that no one was really there).
It's a very small beach and no facilites but it's very close to baby beach and very limited shade Thank you Mark S.
Rodgers Beach in San Nicholas is very nice. Pretty local fishing boats and lovely torquoise water. Right next to Rodgers Beach is Baby Beach, a local favorite. It offers beautiful sand, an excellent children swimming area, fantastic snorkeling and on a clear day, a glimpse of Venezuela.
