We've been to Vaughan Mills countless times and have never been disappointed. We always find a bargain ... that's why we keep going back. The mall is clean and bright and even if you don't buy anything, it's a great place to get out and stretch your legs. There's a great variety of stores and eating establishments. We really like the addition to the mall.
Love visiting this Mall, great retail outlets, everything from A-Z, abundance of parking spaces, great pet store, mall used for walking exercise circuit prior to store opening hours, many people participate in this walking circuit, window shop while you walk! Excellent fitness oriented we've never seen such a great way to keep fit indoors! Pro Bass Shop is one of the awsome retailers in house! We always have fun here!!!
This mall is huge! Incredible selection of stores. I would shop here again for sure. A huge assortment of stores, and restaurants. Prices seemed to be fairly reasonable
Good:Nice Mall to walk around. Lots of stores to visit. Bad:They should have the McDonald, Tim Horton's and Marshalls. A legoland, great food, great shops.. amazing.. If you have a ton to shop for, or pick up something quick.. then this place definitely is awesome and will most surely cater to what you need. If you want to spend the day and have fun with the family while you shop.. then i would recommend Eaton Centre.. overall MORE.. and i mean.. MORE expensive.. but also a better and more convenient experience.. specially in the winter months.
I was doing some usual shopping at VM but it was a bit busier then usual cause of Christmas. Went into the MK store and because I was so unsure of what I was getting my mom I has asked them to put a purse on hold since it was the LAST ONE. I had stepped out of the store for about 30ms and finally decided I was going to get the purse to return to find the purse I asked them to put on hold was back on display. Now when the lady who helped me, when she saw me come back she avoided me at every cost. Let me just say I'm sure people ask to put stuff on hold all the time and maybe they don't return but the fact they didn't even hold it for an hour or two just really disappoints me.
Vaughan Mills is nothing special to me. I have only been there on holiday weekends and I find the line-ups a bit too much. The stores don't seem to have a good selection so I don't go there often.
Spent the day at Vaughan Mills with my son. We haven't been there in a while and were surprised when we saw how much they expanded. The Pro Hockey Life is always a favourite for us to visit and the Bass Pro is a perfect shop for father/son bonding. We headed to Legoland for most of the afternoon, which was awesome. Disappointed with the food court, although to be fair it is under renovation, so only time will tell if the selection improves.
Dropped by the mall with my husband and child on Family Day for a casual stroll an hour before closing. Went to HR2 for 15 mins and was chased around the store being watched for shoplifting. Store Security actually CHASED me into the fiting area when I went to look for my husband and son.Pathetic. Discriminated. Violated. Ruined my evening.
Expect to walk... a lot. But there was a big variety of stores, high end and discount. Great Espresso bar! (aroma espresso bar) Barista was so friendly and cheerful.
When Vaughan Mills first opened ten years ago, we loved it and we visited often. Sometimes it was fun to go just to take a lap around the entire mall, which is probably a full kilometer walk. Ten years later it has become just too big. Parking is impossible on the weekend. You can circle and circle forever, waiting for a space to open up less than a block from one of the entrances. Vehicle congestion on the main road around the mall, and in the separate parking lot entrances, is an unending traffic jam. Yet they just keep building more and more shopping - both expanding the primary mall and then adding strip centers all around the perimeter, while doing zero to alleviate traffic knots. Inside the mall, there's no clear path to get from point A to point B. You're continually dodging people walking 3-4 abreast from all directions. The line-up at Starbucks never abates, and there are often waiting lines at restroom entrances. The sole reason for visiting this claustrophobic human zoo is for shopping at one of only two Charming Charlie locations in the entire GTA. And the other store is all the way out in Brampton. It's true ... Charming Charlie is actually worth battling this mess. So if you plan to go, sneak into Vaughan Mills via the Jane Street traffic light. Then drive around to the south side of the mall and park as close to Entrance 4A as possible. You can duck into that entrance and walk a few feet west to Charming Charlie's entrance. Good luck.
